Hi I’m Vicki, aka Sparkles and Miss Sunshine – Health Coach passionate about supporting you out of the rut, to live with more energy, confidence, ease and joy.
Studying to be a health coach, I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Lymphoma, spending a year undergoing cancer treatment. This journey taught me there’s no time to wait, fuelling my passion to help you to think, eat, move (and relax) your body, to feel your best, to perform at your best and truly embrace the joy in life – Ignite Your Sparkle.

Our Wellness Walks are more than just a stroll — they’re a chance to nurture your body, calm your mind, and share uplifting conversations with like-hearted women and a wellbeing tip or technique from Miss Sunshine herself.
During our walks, I’ll share a guided technique, a practical wellbeing tip, or a simple, easy-to-do healthy habit designed to positively impact your wellbeing. Topics may include sleep, stress, hormones, cravings, nutrition, exercise, mindset, goal setting, time management, and more.
