Step outside, breathe deep, and join other like-minded women who value connection, movement, and joy. Our Wellness Walks are more than just a stroll — they’re a chance to nurture your body, calm your mind, and share uplifting conversations with like-hearted women.
During our walks, I’ll share a guided technique, a practical wellbeing tip, or a simple, easy-to-do healthy habit designed to positively impact your wellbeing. Topics may include sleep, stress, balancing hormones, cravings, nutrition, exercise, mindset, goal setting, time management, and more — and I encourage you to let me know what would be most helpful for you.
These walks are all about creating space for laughter, fresh air, and the reminder that taking time for you is not only important — it’s essential.
Come as you are, leave feeling lighter, brighter, and more energised.
Your wellbeing journey doesn’t have to be walked alone — let’s walk it together.
Session Details
• One-hour duration
• We meet locally every fortnight (usually on Thursdays) at 5.30pm
• We meet in a variety of beautiful locations, giving you the chance to explore and enjoy the wonderful natural areas around us.
• Includes group wellness session
• $10 per session
• Half price for coaching clients ($5)
