My 1:1 coaching is designed just for you. Whether we meet in-person or online, these private sessions are personalised to support your unique lifestyle, goals and wellbeing needs.
Across 12 inspiring and supportive sessions, we’ll work together to create an action plan built on small, sustainable steps that create a big impact and lead to meaningful shifts - without the overwhelm.

Women's Wellness Walks - Group Session
Step outside, breathe deep, and join a community of women who value connection, movement, and joy. Our Wellness Walks are more than just a stroll — they’re a chance to nurture your body, calm your mind, and share uplifting conversations with like-hearted women.
During our walks, I’ll share a guided technique, a practical wellbeing tip, or a simple, easy-to-do healthy habit designed to positively impact your wellbeing. Topics may include sleep, stress, balancing hormones, cravings, nutrition, exercise, mindset, goal setting, time management, and more — and I encourage you to let me know what would be most helpful for you.
Led by Miss Sunshine herself, these walks are all about creating space for laughter, fresh air, and the reminder that taking time for you is not only important — it’s essential.
Come as you are, leave feeling lighter, brighter, and more energised.

• We meet locally every fortnight on Thursdays at 5.30pm
• We meet in a variety of beautiful locations, giving you the chance to explore and enjoy the wonderful natural areas around us. (Locations are shared on my social media.)• Includes group wellness session
